From a warm welcome dinner and evening tour through the city’s storied past to exclusive visits at grand estates, coastal waterways, and timeless landmarks, each moment is designed for discovery and delight. The journey concludes with a classic carriage ride and time to wander the historic city market before continuing on to Contact ’26 in charming Summerville, South Carolina. The Fam tour is open to tour operators and travel advisors only, and participants must attend Contact to be considered for a spot. This Fam tour is limited to 15 participants with a max of two people per company (must be willing to share a room). Spouses registered as such for Contact ’26 will be considered if space is available. Check out the highlights of the trip below:

Tuesday, March 3

• Sightseeing tour | 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | Boone Hall Plantation
• Lunch | 1–2 p.m. | Shem Creek Restaurant (Location TBD)
• Sightseeing tour | 3:30–5 p.m. | Charleston Harbor Tours
• Free time | 5:30–6:15 p.m. | Return to hotel to freshen up
• Dinner | 6:30–8:30 p.m. | High Cotton Restaurant

Wednesday, March 4

• Breakfast | 8:30–9:30 a.m. | Hampton Inn Charleston Historic District (Check-out and bags loaded onto bus prior to departure)
• Historic District Sightseeing Carriage Tour | 10–11 a.m. | Carriage company TBD
• Time on own | 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | Charleston City Market & surrounding area
• Boxed lunch | 1 p.m. | En route to Summerville
• Arrive at host hotel for check-in | 2 p.m. | Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood Suites Summerville & Lowcountry Convention Center

Once you have completed and submitted the registration form, you will be notified by Explore Charleston if your spot is confirmed on the Fam Tour. If confirmed, please schedule your flights to arrive at Charleston International Airport (CHS) by 2 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026. Please do not book airfare until you have received confirmation of attendance.
