NTA CONTACT ’23 PRE-EVENT FAM
The Contact 2023 pre-event Fam will take place March 22–29, 2023, and features not one but two fabulous states. Hosted by the Wyoming Office of Tourism and Tour Colorado, operators can expect one epic adventure, plus a lot of cool experiences!
The tour begins in Denver and heads to Greeley and Fort Collins, Colorado, and then it’s on to Saratoga Springs and Laramie, Wyoming, before ending in Cheyenne in time for Contact. See below for preliminary trip outline (subject to change).
Here’s the fine print: the tour is limited to 25 people, max of two per company, and participants must attend Contact to participate. Spouse/companion registrations need to be approved in advance and will be based on space availability (must be 18 years old). You should plan to arrive in Denver by mid-afternoon on Wednesday, March 22. Outbound flights can be out of Denver (mid- to late-day) or Cheyenne.

Welcome to Denver, where 300 days of sunshine, a thriving cultural scene, diverse neighborhoods and natural beauty combine for the world’s most spectacular playground. We will overnight in Denver. Please plan to arrive in Denver mid-afternoon.
March 23
Experience the Mile High City! We will overnight in Denver.
March 24
We’re headed to Greeley, home to the Greeley Stampede. Enjoy a small town feel with big city attractions and entertainment. Then it’s on to Loveland, the ideal basecamp for all your Northern Colorado adventures. We’ll overnight Loveland.
March 25
Next up is Fort Collins, Colorado’s craft-beer capital, to discover a vibrant city chock-full of ways to relax, play, taste and explore. We’ll overnight Fort Collins.
March 26
Arrive in Saratoga, Wyoming, and get ready to experience fire and ice at the Saratoga Hot Springs Resort and Spa. Relax and enjoy the natural mineral pools. We’ll overnight in Saratoga.
March 27
Get ready for an exciting “Wyoming Powder Day!” You’ll meet your guide and snowmobile up to Wyoming’s Medicine Bow Peak on established trails, and enjoy the incredible views! For those not wanting a powder day, enjoy touring local shops and museums. We’ll overnight in Saratoga.
March 28
Welcome to Laramie! Explore Wyoming’s spirited offbeat college town, with an abundance of outdoor recreation, deep western roots, and a vibrant cultural scene at 7,220 feet. We’ll overnight in Laramie.
March 29
Lunch in Laramie and arrive in Cheyenne by mid-afternoon to get ready to go for Contact ’23!
